Standard plan - you are charged on a monthly basis based on the extra revenue generated with PickyStory during your last billing cycle. See the exact tiers under the Standard plan.
Custom plan - if you're selling on a high volume, you can get a fixed price. Talk to sales
You can uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin before the 30-day trial ends and you won't be charged. Your subscription will be automatically canceled and your information will be deleted. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to [email protected].
We do offer custom pricing for brands with a high volume of sales. You can save over on-demand monthly charges in exchange for a commitment of at least a one-year period. Talk to sales to learn more.
The PickyStory billing period is monthly, and charges are applied at the end of each billing period.
Your billing cycle, which lasts 30 days, begins on the date you installed PickyStory. For instance, if you subscribed to the Standard plan:
1. You have completed a billing cycle.
2. The revenue generated with PickyStory was $3,200.
You will be charged a base fee of $99.5 and $32 (1% of revenue generated with PickyStory).
Your monthly bill consists of a base charge and a revenue-based fee. The base charge is determined by the volume of sales, while the revenue-based fee is calculated based on the revenue generated by a PickyStory widget, scenario, or product recommendation. All charges are calculated in USD only.
